What is WALK30?

WALK30 is a friendly competition designed to encourage and inspire everyone to establish a daily walking routine, promoting overall health and wellness. This initiative aims to strengthen community connections and encourages a reevaluation of our transportation habits.

The objective?

Walk 30 minutes daily for 30 days.

Track your progress and compete with other municipalities, organizations, and individuals across Metro Vancouver for the highest total minutes of walking.

Participants can win exciting prizes generously provided by local businesses!

Join Our Closing Event!

Celebrate with fellow walkers! There will be food trucks, live music, and tons of fun.
